This software is a mindmapping tool for creating concept maps, flow diagrams, association maps, prewriting, organisation charts, planning documents and other graphical organisers. It is used to develop ideas and organise student thinking from Prep to Year 12 and across all key learning areas. It is also a useful planning tool for teachers in both management and curriculum. It is a valuable organisational tool to use prior to conducting research.
Visual learning is one of the best methods for teaching thinking skills. Inspiration assists students and teachers alike to clarify their thinking, to organise, prioritise and process information. Through the use of visual diagrams interrelationships, interdependencies and patterns are revealed as creative thinking is stimulated. Through the ease of drag-and-drop functions students and teachers are able to connect strands of information in an easily understood visual format. Graphics, arrows, pictures are manipulated on the desktop to create dynamic concept maps and webs. Understandings are reinforced, new ideas and knowledge can be added at any time.
Inspiration is an excellent tool for brainstorming ideas for both students and teachers. Literary webs help students analyse stories or novels so that they more fully understand the literary elements at play, as well as the composition of the story. Character webs represent one of the ways in which visual learning can support reading comprehension. Inspiration can be used to compare information and is an ideal product for students to use for pre-writing. Inspiration comes with over 25 built-in templates that help integrate visual learning with curriculum.

Pricing and Licensing Information
This offer is for Inspiration multi user additional licenses and the price quoted is for each user. Schools should place an initial order of a minimum 5 licences. Software will be supplied on CD. One CD and a manual supplied with the first 5 licences, and thereafter at the ratio of one additional manual for each additional 10 licenses.
Inspiration can only be copied on to one PC per licence. Should you wish to load the software on to more than one PC you must purchase a licence for every PC the software is to be installed on. Failure to purchase the correct number of licenses could void the licence. Inspiration products are available to Victorian Schools only.
