There are certain strict guidelines for the use of Ghost Solution Suite 2.5 It is supplied to you with the understanding that you will observe the following conditions:

• The number of licence's purchased needs to be a true reflection of the number of PCs that Ghost will be used on - a licence is required for every device being "ghosted" to, or from.
• This media is not to be provided to any third party, for example other schools or related organisations.
• Technical support is provided by the Department - Central Help Desk, on phone number 1800 641 943. The Help Desk is in a position to escalate any issues they are unable to resolve to Symantec. Individual schools will be unable to access the Symantec Help Desk direct
