Online Services

Most of the supporting processes for the Notebooks Program can be completed online at the Notebooks Administration website (www.eduweb.vic.gov.au/forms/school/notebooks/).

Staff can use their individual username and password to complete the acceptance process (i.e. acceptance of the Notebooks Program’s terms and conditions) online. See: Terms and Conditions.

Principals and school notebook representatives (SNRs) should use the school’s username and password to complete the necessary administration processes.

When this information is completed online the Department’s records are automatically adjusted.

Recipients and SNRs should check their EduMail account regularly for information and updates about the Notebooks Program.
