New Applicants
Applications to join the Notebooks Program may be made at any time.
Eligible staff without notebooks can be placed on our waiting list for spare, mid-lease notebooks that are no longer required by schools. All eligible recipients must have met the eligibility requirements and have a completed and endorsed Application and Selection Criteria form
Please note:
- Applicants on the waiting list will be dealt with on a ‘first come, first served basis’. However, applicants can only be sent a notebook once they have accepted the terms and conditions of the program, so they must ensure they do so promptly in order to receive a notebook as quickly as possible.
- Applicants should not email the Notebooks Team directly to place themselves on the waiting list.
- If a staff member decides they no longer wish to participate in the program, the SNR/principal should email the Notebooks Team to have the person removed from the list.
- Applicants must familiarise themselves with the Terms and Conditions.
New application process
Step 1 Teachers and Instructors: To access the Notebooks Program teachers are required to submit a Teacher Application and Selection Criteria form (Word - 183Kb) to their principal for approval.
Principals: If principals wish to access the Notebooks Program they are required to submit a Principal Application and Selection Criteria form (Word - 177Kb) to their Regional Director for approval.
Step 2 To add a teacher to the waiting list for a mid lease notebook, the SNR should complete the following:
- Use the school's EduMail username and passowrd to log into the Notebook Admin Pages here.
- Select the link "add to notebook waiting list"
- Enter the eligible teachers 8 digit pin (record number) in “Applicant Pin” field. All other fields will auto-populate if data is correct.
- Choose Notebook “Platform” – PC or Apple.
- Please note you can only change the “Applicant Pin” and “Platform”, Add comments if necessary.
- Click “Save” to add the teacher to waiting list.
Step 3 When a notebook becomes available for an applicant, the terms and conditions of the Notebook Program will be sent to the applicant’s EduMail account. Applicants will be required to reply to the email accepting the terms and conditions before a notebook can be sent out.
