Products and Services for Schools

The following products and services are available to all Victorian government schools under the terms of the respective agreements.

CASES Hardware

The Department has established supplier agreements for administrative ICT equipment to be used on the school CASES network. Schools should use the designated CASES hardware suppliers as their equipment has been tested to ensure compatibility with CASES21. Please follow the links below for further information:

Curriculum Desktops and Notebooks

The Department has established panels for the supply of desktop and notebook computers to schools. Schools purchasing desktop or notebook computers under the ICT Grants – Increased Access to Schools or the National Secondary Schools Computer Fund (NSSCF) initiatives must use these panels. Warranty Support for Expired Contracts

Products purchased under contracts that have since expired may still include a period of pre-paid maintenance under warranty.  For information on obtaining warranty support for these products please follow the link below:
