Upgrades

CASES21 is upgraded twice a year – usually in Term 2 and Term 4 - in order to meet end-of-year and end-of-financial-year requirements.  These upgrades generally incorporate changes to the administration and finance modules. An additional patch is provided in June to incorporate changes to Australian taxation schedules.

Schools are notified by DEECD Mail when upgrades and patches are ready to install.

Release Notes and Instructions

Release notes, that detail changes to CASES21, are provided with each upgrade with instructions on how to install the upgrade.  These documents are available from the Schools | CASES21 | Upgrade and Release Notes folder on EduLibrary (https://www.eduweb.vic.gov.au/edulibrary/schools/CASES21/Upgrade_and_Release_Notes/).  You need your EduMail PIN and password to access this information.
