Parent Clubs
The establishment and procedures for running parent clubs are governed by the Education Regulations 2000 and Department guidelines as described in the Victorian Government Schools Reference Guide. Matters covered by the Regulations include the formation of a club, financial affairs and dissolution of clubs.
The Department has produced information on financial procedures for parent/welfare clubs and a model for parent club constitutions (Word - 40Kb).
