Parent Clubs

The establishment and procedures for running parent clubs are governed by the Education and Training Reform Regulations 2007 and Department guidelines as described in the Victorian Government Schools Reference Guide. Matters covered by the Regulations include the formation of a club, financial affairs and dissolution of clubs.

The Department has produced a model parent club constitution (Word - 68Kb) which should be used when formally establishing a schools parent club.
