• How do I ensure the Tax Office speaks to me? (PDF - 58Kb) When schools contact the ATO by phone they will require to confirm their "Proof of identity". Please ensure that you have the "right to access" information about your school when making enquiries.
• Building, Building Maintenance and Library Trust Funds Kits on how to register with the ATO for Building, Building Maintenance and Library trust funds are available from the Department's Legal Services Unit, for the use of schools to obtain tax deductibility status for contributions to school building and library projects. Contact Legal Services on 9637 3144 to obtain the relevant kit.
