The document 2008 Annual Reporting Procedures (Word - 60Kb) is available to schools to assist in the procedures that are to be followed in reporting FBT liabilities, including: Where no liability exists; and where a school does have an FBT liability; motor vehicle benefits; reportable fringe benefits; FBT payments; school council employees; and retention of records. Schools are required to complete details relating to benefits on FBT Tracker by Friday, 21 April 2007.
Principals and regional users requiring to change access can refer to a one page fact sheet that is available to describe the delegation process (Word - 25Kb). A more detailed Administrator Training Manual (Word - 4.5Mb) is available for the administrative tasks required in FBT Tracker.
