Dollars and Sense: Financial Management for School Leaders (Program Overview) -  for newly appointed Principal class members, aspiring principals and Business Managers. This program has been developed to provide a school financial management program focusing on best practice.

The program is presented by experienced practitioners as four half day modules covering:
Student Resource Package, Workforce Budgeting, Financial Management and Financial Reporting.

Talking Finances

Talking Finances: Financial Management for Business Managers and Education Support Staff (Word - 106Kb) - a professional development program in financial management developed by the Schools Resource Allocation Branch. 

The program is presented by experienced practitioners as six half day modules covering:
Student Resource Package, Assets, Budget Preparation, Report Analysis, School Level Payroll and Taxation.

CASES21 Finance Online Training

CASES21 Finance Training Modules 

School Administration staff are now able to access CASES21 Finance training modules. These short 'Just In Time Learning' (JITL) modules will enable you to learn more about CASES21 functions as and when you need to.

These modules range from Navigating through CASES21 to the release and disposal of Assets.

Currently there are twenty modules available that may be used for:

  • Beginner training
  • Problem solving
  • Refresher processes.
