Recruitment Online Availability
Maintenance activities for Recruitment Online are scheduled to occur on the third Sunday of each month. While every effort is made to minimise the disruption to users the system may be unavailable for use from 10pm Saturday night to 10pm Sunday night AEST (Melbourne time).
Recruitment Online availability 27 November 2009 - 30 November 2009
In preparation for the release of the Department's upgraded HR and payroll system, eduPay, both HRMS and Recruitment Online will be unavailable from 5.00 pm on Friday 27 November 2009. Access to these systems will be restored by 8.00 am on Monday 30 November 2009.
It is anticipated that the Department's two payroll systems (HRMS and eduPay) and ROL will be unavailable for up to ten weekends throughout 2010 as part of the phased process of progressively upgrading every employee to eduPay. Notification of the actual weekends that the systems will be unavailable will be provided well in advance. The full schedule will be posted on HRWeb as soon as it has been finalised.
Schools posting jobs throughout this period are encouraged to use a weekday as their closing day for applications. It is recommended, where possible, that applicants submit their job applications on weekdays during this period.
