Graduate Recruitment Scheme
Public Service Staff
The State Services Authority coordinates the Victorian Public Service Graduate Recruitment Scheme (GRS) which provides a comprehensive 12 month intensive development program for selected graduates. The program includes work rotations to different government departments, seminars and formal skills training and helps prepare graduates for future management and policy positions. The Department employs graduates through the Graduate Recruitment Scheme on a regular basis. Interested persons may apply through Grads@VicGov (http://www.graduates.vic.gov.au/)
