Recruitment Online - Getting Started (Recruiter)

Logging In

Those with Recruiter access to Recruitment Online will need to log in through the Recruiter login page to be able to create, advertise and progress job openings. As a Recruiter, a User ID and Password have been created for you.

Access to Recruitment Online

Navigation

Once you have logged in to Recruitment Online, you will be presented with a menu on the left-hand side and a panel menu under the heading Employee Data Management – Recruiting. To bring up the panel menu at any time, click on the Employee Data Management menu item on the left-hand side.

The panel menu provides links to the different actions you can perform:

Create a New Job Opening – Create a Job in the system either advertised or non-advertised.

Find Job Openings – Find Jobs you (or another recruiter in your school) have created, then manage the job through the recruitment process.

Find Applicants – Used to locate an applicant in the system when they have submitted a hard-copy application, or you intend to place them in a non-advertised position.

Add New Applicant – Used to add a new applicant into the system (when they have submitted a hard-copy application, or you intend to place them in a non-advertised position and they do not exist within the system).

Search Talent Pool – Used to find applicants based on the resume they have submitted to theTalent Pool (Job Seeker Pool).

Saved Talent Pool Searches – Provides the ability to repeat common Talent Pool (Job Seeker Pool) searches without re-entering search criteria.

Job Search / Excess Referral – Used to find jobs in the same way as applicants use, and allows a principal to then forward one or more jobs to an excess employee.

Recruitment Online Help for Recruiters provides detailed help for specific tasks, it also provides links to Navigation Guides which give specific instructions for performing a task in a quick manner (your school/office should have a copy of the Navigation Guides available).
