Management Agreements

When a student enrols at a school, parents/guardians/carers and the school will be requested to sign a standard agreement that outlines responsibilities and expectations.

Attached to this agreement, should be the Department of Human Services (DHS) "Treating and Controlling Head Lice" pamphlet. A copy of this pamphlet was provided to schools in the DHS "Scratching for Answers" head lice information kit. This pamphlet can be downloaded from the DHS web site for Head Lice (http://www.health.vic.gov.au/headlice) in PDF format, translated into 20 languages.
