Transition Resource Kit Part 1: Transition for Everyone

Across Victoria there are many examples of transition-to-school programs and activities have been developed to ensure the transition to school is a positive experience for all involved. There is a range of useful information about transition to school for all children and families that should be considered by early childhood services, outside school hours services and schools when planning these programs and activities at a local level.
