A contact (either to a name or to a page) is present on each web page

Each web site is provided by the Department to inform its users of specific information. Users may wish to contact the Department or the owners of the website who are responsible for the content on the web page.

Requirement

Each web page must have a contact name or contact page for users to refer to for the content of the web page.

Recommendation

Names and email address of individuals must not be used as the direct contact on the web page. Instead only generic names and email addresses should be made public on a Department web page and which redirect internally to the responsible person.
