Mobile devices are not always used in an optimal environment where users can concentrate solely on the requirements of the page on the mobile device display. Input mechanisms on mobile devices are also difficult to use and are mostly limited to keyboards and keypads with small keys. Users need to be able to consider what the page requires of them and even to suspend their attention sometimes due to external influences. Any timeouts would directly interfere with the usability of a user request.

Check the page on a mobile device and ensure that no actions time out if users don't enter information or select an action.
