User interaction via a keyboard or keypad on a mobile device is a frustrating and time-consuming task, and is prone to errors. Users must be able to easily understand how to submit forms and to be able to reset user input to the form's default when they want to restart data entry into a form.

Requirement

Submit and Reset buttons have been provided for all forms

Recommendation

Ensure that the Submit and Reset links are obvious in relation to each form and that the user is clearly aware how to submit a form.

View each form and ensure that they contain Submit and Reset buttons.
