WCAG Guideline 9. Design for device-independence.

User interaction with a mobile device is very limited due to the functionality of the hardware. Data input is usually restricted to keyboard (if available), keypad, navigation keys and selecting hyperlinks. Pointing devices like a mouse are usually not available on mobile devices and they have little or no functionality to double click or right click.

Requirement

Mouse interaction, double-clicking and right-clicking are not required to navigate or interact with the site

Recommendation

Make all links selectable with one click and use defaults for all form input fields.

Checking Tool

View the page in a mobile device and verify they there is no requirement for mouse interaction, double clicking or right clicking.
