WCAG 1.0 Priority 1
WCAG Guideline 6. Ensure that pages featuring new technologies transform gracefully.
Some assistive technologies and screen readers are not able to read and process JavaScript. Additionally many functions that use JavaScript assume that a sighted person is accessing the web page, or that people have sufficient motor skills to rollover discrete regions of images on pages to access further information.
Requirement
The site is functional and all content available when JavaScript is disabled
Recommendation
Disable JavaScript and check the web page for all functionality and display of content.
