Appropriate logos have been used and have been linked correctly

Logos provide a consistent and obvious branding for the web site and have been designed for use in specific situations to support the branding of the business unit. Logos also often provide convenient hyperlinks to relevant pages.
Requirement
Ensure that the correct logos are used in the header and in the body of the web page, including the correct alt attribute text, and ensure that permission has been obtained to use these logos for the web site.
The Victorian State Government logo must link to http://www.vic.gov.au/.
Checking Tool
In a web browser, position the mouse over the logo images and check the displayed URL in the status line.
