Education and care services − The National Quality Framework
Education and care services must meet the requirements of the
Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the
Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011.
Under the National Law compliance information about education and care services may be published on the website of the Regulatory Authority (in Victoria the Department of Education and Training). This may include prescribed information about compliance notices, prosecutions, enforceable undertakings and suspension and cancellation of approvals and certificates, among other matters. Information about rating levels for services, including those given a Significant Improvement Required rating, may also be published.
Victorian Children's Services − The Victorian Children's Services Legislation
All licensed children’s services must comply with the
Children’s Services Act 1996 (the Act) (pdf - 833.28kb) and the
Children’s Services Regulations 2009 (pdf - 1.01mb)
Under the Victorian children’s services legislation compliance information about licensed children’s services may be published on the Department’s website.
