Respectful Relationships Training

​​​​​Respectful Relationships is an initiative to support schools and early childhood education settings promote and model respect and equality. It supports educators to teach our children how to build healthy relationships, resilience and confidence.​

The best relationships are respectful ones, and building the foundations for respectful relationships starts in early childhood.

The Victorian Government is investing $3.4 million to increase the capacity of early childhood educators to embed a Respectful Relationships approach into their practices. Respectful Relationships in early childhood is about supporting educators to create cultures of respect, positive conflict resolution and equality in their program planning. 

Up to 4000 early childhood educators will benefit from the professional learning, which will be focused on how to build and develop respectful relationships in alignment with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework and the National Quality Standards.​
