Kirby Report
August 2000
In August 2000, the final report of the Ministerial Review of Post Compulsory Education and Training Pathways was released. The Review was chaired by Peter Kirby and is often called the "Kirby Report".
The purpose of this review was to examine participation and outcomes of young people in post compulsory education and training in Victoria.
