The 2006-07 Annual Report is available from the Victorian Skills Commission (VSC) website. The VSC was established in July 2007 to continue the work of the Victorian Learning and Employment Skills Commission (VLESC). The VSC is now located within the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD).
