Support from parents and guardians is important to ensure the start of primary or secondary school is as smooth as possible. It is important for you as parents or guardians to be a part of your child's education by finding out what they are learning about, reading with them, and engaging with the school community. For Students

Moving from primary school to high school might seem a bit scary, but it's also a really exciting time.

  • Relax and embrace the change
  • Don't be afraid to ask questions
  • Make new friends
  • Remember teachers, and other school staff are there to help
  • Do your best - but exams aren't everything
  • Balance study and socialising
  • Try different activities and embrace school spirit
