$4.2 Million for Tech-Savvy Victorian Students Leading the Digital Generation
Thousands of Victorian government schools are taking e-learning to a new level thanks to a multi-million investment in Information and Communications Technology, Acting Premier John Thwaites said recently.
Launching the $4.2 million e-Potential initiative at Glendal Primary School on Thursday 10 May, Mr Thwaites said Victorian government school students and teachers now had access to better ICT resources than ever before.
Mr Thwaites said the Bracks Government was ensuring Victorian students stayed at the forefront of the digital learning revolution and continued to benefit from the creative and innovative learning opportunities that new and emerging technology offered.
Digilearn
digilearn is the exciting new portal designed to provide all Victorian government teachers with access to innovative digital learning resources, anywhere, anytime. Digilearn is the gateway to the latest learning objects and digital resources presented by 'The Learning Federation'. Access is available at your school and from outside using your edumail pin number and password.

ePotential – ICT Capabilities Resource
ePotential is the dynamic new online resource package designed to help teachers and schools maximise their ability to use ICT in the classroom and deliver powerful learning to their students. This innovative tool comprises an ICT capabilities framework, an online survey, a bank of interactive teaching resources, digital stories and learning materials as well as journal and planning tools.
