Photography competition for students celebrates renewal in the Yarra Valley region.

Students and schools are invited to capture the essence of Spring in a new photography competition called Rejuvenation.

Regrowth and regeneration is of particular importance in the in the Yarra Valley and surrounding regions following the February fires.

Rejuvenation, running from August 15 to September 19, wants entrants to photograph the energy and vitality that comes from new life in the Yarra Valley region.

The competition is free to enter and photos must be taken within the five week period of the competition to qualify. 

Prizes include a $500 voucher for students, a Pentax camera for schools, and finalists’ photographs will be exhibited at the Healesville Sanctuary for the first two weeks of October.

Entrants travelling through the Yarra Valley region over the competition period will also be offered tourism specials in the region.
