Pathways and Transitions Award
The Victorian Government is proud to acknowledge excellence in program delivery and/or design through the Pathways and Transitions Award. The award will recognise a school or group of schools that have achieved outstanding and/or innovative pathways and transitions opportunities for secondary students of Victorian government schools.
The award aims to further develop schools’ capacity to expand pathway opportunities and support transitions. The recipient/s of the award will have the opportunity to undertake further investigation or research to enhance the work they are doing in pathways and transitions.
Award details:
- The opportunity to undertake further investigation or research to enhance the current work in transitions and pathways.
- $20,000 to cover costs associated with undertaking this investigation or research including travel, accommodation, leave, further professional learning and any other support required.
- One year’s free membership with the Australian College of Educators and a further three years membership at a reduced rate (half cost).
