Logging into the Ultranet

If you are having difficulties logging into the Ultranet, it could be for one of the following reasons (click to view more information):

Logging into the Ultranet

If you are having difficulties logging into the Ultranet, it could be for one of the following reasons (click to view more information):

 

Ultranet Helpdesk

Note that it takes a few minutes for the Ultranet to recognise new user details after registration, but sometimes this may take up to 24 hours. If you are still unable to log in, contact the Helpdesk on the details below.

Once you have successfully registered, you can contact the Ultranet Helpdesk if:

  • you can’t log into the Ultranet
  • you experience any technical or system faults while using the Ultranet.

You can log a query by emailing: ultranet.helpdesk@csg.com.au 

The Helpdesk is available during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 8:00pm
  • Saturday to Sunday: 10:00am to 5:00pm
