All teachers in Victorian government schools now have access to the Ultranet. To register:
For a video tutorial on how to register, see: Registration – Staff with eduMail accounts (secure access)
If you have successfully registered, but still can’t log into the Ultranet, contact the Ultranet Helpdesk.
For more information, see:
Students will get access to the Ultranet at different times in line with their school implementation plan. They will receive a Welcome Letter from their school with a temporary password and instructions on how to set up their Ultranet account.
Teachers will show students how to use the Ultranet. Each school will start using the functionality that best suits the student, teacher and school community needs.
Schools are working with students to help them understand how to use the Ultranet responsibly and protect their privacy.
For more information, see:
Schools will invite parents onto the Ultranet in line with their local implementation plan. Parents will be able to log into the Ultranet and view their child’s information.
As a parent, you will receive a Welcome Letter from your child’s school containing a single-use ‘key’ that you will need to complete the registration. You will also need a valid email address and access to the internet. The Welcome Letter contains a link to the registration website, which will guide you through the process. If you have not received a letter and think you should have, contact your child’s school.
If you have any difficulties registering, please read the troubleshooting tips in the online parent guide or contact your child's school. If you have successfully registered and activated your account, but cannot log into the Ultranet, contact the Ultranet Helpdesk.
At first, the amount of student information that parents will see on the Ultranet will vary from school to school. It will depend on how long the school has had access to the system and how they have chosen to introduce it into the classroom.
Parents who do not have internet access will continue to receive the level of information they currently receive from their school.
For more information, see:
Access to the Ultranet as a parent/guardian is determined by one of the following relationships to a child enrolled in a Victorian government school:

Schools will invite casual staff and visitors to register when their participation in the Ultranet is required as part of their learning and teaching program.
To register, you need to provide some registration details to the school, including an email address. You will then receive a Welcome Letter with a temporary password, and an email with your username and a link to activate your account.
