Legislation Administered by the Minister responsible for the Teaching Profession
The following Acts of Parliament are administered by the Minister responsible for the Teaching Profession:

Education and Training Reform Act 2006
- Parts 2.4 and 2.6 and sections 5.2.1(6) and 6.1.5 (these provisions are jointly and severally administered with the Minister for Education)
- Schedule 3 (this Schedule is jointly and severally administered with the Minister for Higher Education and Skills)
- Chapter 1 (except section 1.1.3(1)); Part 5.1; section 5.2.1 (except subparagraphs (i) to (iv) of section 5.2.1(2)(d) and subsection (6)); sections 5.2.9 and 5.2.12; section 5.7.2; and Schedules 5 and 6 (These provisions are jointly and severally administered with the Minister for Education and the Minister for Higher Education and Skills)
- Section 1.1.3(1) (this provision is jointly and severally administered with the Minister for Children and Early Childhood Development, the Minister for Education and the Minister for Higher Education and Skills)
(The Act is otherwise administered by the Minister for Children and Early Childhood Development, the Minister for Education and the Minister for Higher Education and Skills)
