Tenders and Procurement
The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development's (DEECD) tender and procurement procedures comply with the Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) procurement policies.
The VGPB publishes information for suppliers about government policies and advice on how to participate in government procurement. Information about the Victorian Government Purchasing Board policies can be found on the VGPB website (http://www.vgpb.vic.gov.au).
The VGPB is established under the Financial Management Act 1994. The responsibility of the VGPB and its policies does not extend to construction and related matters, which fall under the Project Development and Construction Management Act (1994) (PD&CMA).
