Children’s Services Regulations 2009

The Children’s Services Regulations 2009 are the principal regulations made under the Children’s Services Act 1996. A Regulatory Impact Statement was prepared to address the changes that were proposed in the Draft Children’s Services Regulations 2009. These documents were published for public consultation on 21 January 2009. Feedback was received during the public consultation period which ended on 23 March 2009. Feedback was received via letters and emails to the Department and an online survey. Feedback was summarised and published in the Children’s Services Regulations 2009: feedback report.
